If i wanted to just give up, and move to mexico and be a beach bum, how should i go about this?

I am in atlanta, should i just start here and panhandle in every major city on my way there? I dont really want to break any extreme laws.

Why not be a beach bum in this country? We have beaches. Less probability of being shook down by bandito's or federalies as well.

You really do not have to break any laws. You do need a pass port "i think" to go to and from. Used to all you needed to go to and from Mexico was your driver's license. Find out what documents you need and go. It doesn't cost alot to get that done. I would maybe work a job here for a minute and gather some cash for emergencies while you are there. But it is easier to go legally go to Mexico than it is for Mexican's to legally come here. So have at it..but take some cash.

practice by being a beach bum in georgia.  If you can't cut it here, you aren't ready for mexico.  If you are a successful beach bum here, then yes, I would start the pilgrimage to mexico.  Make sure to keep your ID with you though to cross the border!

man just get outta dodge. all you gotta do is save up some money for food and then hitch hike down to mexico and youre good. no more worrying about a job, and gas prices, and and everything thats so expensive in the U.S.

all you'll have to worry about is eating.

there's actually a process you need to take before you can end up there. first you need to kill your wife or signifcant other. then go to prison for it. then reveal to the prison warden that you're some kind of accounting genius. then you hafta escape by means of poo infested sewage. and from there, i think you're allowed to do anything you want...

though... why would you go to mexico?

there are enough people trying to leave that place. why not, canada... eh?

First of all, I hope your fluent in Spanish If not learn.  truck stops are great places to get long distances, because a lot need some one to talk to either that or take a bus across the border, and bring the essentials,such as a back pack I have seen a lot of temples such as the Krishna's and some mosques who have dinners open to the public, free meals . Learn to fish, and make seashell necklaces to create a fund for drinking water, and above all, feel free. My friend did this for over two years, it is surprisingly easy...Bon Voyage
