Probably... but you will also have to be willing to accept a drop in your standard of living.  You will probably have a pretty decent income between the two of you.  But it just won't go as far.  It will be harder to buy a house.  You may have to accept a condo, or be renters for a long time.  You won't go out to dinner as often or take as many vacations.  There will be trade offs, that much is for sure.
