You would be a 12.

UK=US  (Womens Sizes)

6=4

8=6

10=8

12=10

14=12

If you go to abercrombie or hollister go down 2 sizes from the american version. I'm a 10, an american 6 and couldnt figure out why everything in a 6 was drowning me!!

They are very into their vanity sizing.
