If i was driving a electric car or vespa on a freeway and my battery ran low where do i go to recharge it?

As far as I know you can't legally drive either one on the freeway.  There are only a hand full of electric cars that have the capability to go 55mph.

you dont while the car is rolling the alternator is charging the battery, you only charge the batterys when the car is stationary!

you can go to the garage and ask them simple they will do it for you

That is one of the problems ,even if U can plug in your charger. Then the problem is the charge time.

I have a 2005 Prius and I love it.  I get b/t 45 and 60 mpg and I don't need to plug it in anywhere.
