Well, first of all the only way I'd be sitting in a bar is to be waiting to me my spouse (I only have eyes for him....oooh how corny...but true) but being friendly by nature I love to meet people and love the opportunity to engage in conversation.  What would I say?  Gosh, depends on the day, I suppose or if we were both watching one of those tvs in the bar - probably talk about politics, some silly thing heard on the radio, whatever.......
