if i was to join MMA what would the benefits be for my body, like fitness and physique because i want to join but don`t want to if its not going to help my skill as well as physique and fitness

  1. Like anything you will do in life, you get out of it what you put in.  I went to a local MMA fight where some of the fighters were fat and out of shape. But there are those who do a lot of training and do look great and ready to rip people to shreds.  I would recommend that you find an instructor that will help you get the results that you want, I would recommend that you talk to a couple if you can and ask them questions about their programs so you can get an idea on what you will learn and how the training will go, which will help you determine how it will affect your body and everyone's is  different.  


  2. you're going to get a lot of skill

    and the practices are hard and your body will feel it

    the first couple of weeks.

    but after that you'll be jacked, you'll know how to kick *** because you'll know how to strike, wrestle, and submission

    and most people in mma are some of the healthiest around

    except for the weight cutting part

    first, you will be discpline

    second, you can have the skills for self defense which you can use even in a real situation

    third, you can maintain your health in a good condition
