If i went to study at a university in another european country such as spain, Italy or France would it be worth it? Graduating in a foreign country other than the UK. I want to travel but i also want to settle out somewhere abroad asap that's the reason i want to go abroad, but is it best for my education?

  1. I think it's definitely worth it. It opens your eyes to new horizons at the very least. Something to consider though - when you pick the country to study in, make sure you know its employment and citizenship laws. Many people go abroad to study, and then find out after graduation that it's near impossible to launch a career from there because of its employment laws. Since you want to settle out somewhere abroad, this is even more important for you. I'm facing the same question as you - I want to study in Europe, I really want to. But I'm from a non-EU country. That means that it would be very hard for me to settle out abroad after graduating, because it's a long, tedious process to get a work permit or permanent residence so that I can stay there legally. If you know of any websites that list these employment requirements and laws, please do tell me.

  2. I just came across this website, you may find many useful information on study abroad, hopefully may help you:

  3. In my opinion, yes! I studied abroad in London and am currently enrolled in a Master's program in Prague. Studying abroad has given me a much wider view of the world then I ever would have recieved back home. Not only am I learning a great deal from my Professors, but also from other international students from across the globe. Plus, I'm a fairly average student, so having an international resume definitely gives me an advantage on the job market in almost every industry. So, my advice is go for it. It's challenging, but worth it.
