If i wear contact lenses which stronger or weaker than my sight, will it worsen/damage my eyesight?

dont ask why i wanna wear stronger/weaker lenses, just tell me if it will damage my sight. thanks

No, lenses don't change your eyesight.  They just focus light into your eye.  Stronger lenses will probably cause eyestrain and headaches.  Weaker lenses will cause you to have blurry vision.

I believe if you wear stronger lenses, your eyes will try to adjust to them and make your eyes weaker. Weaker lenses are not as bad as stronger lenses as they allow your eyes to adjust to a weaker prescription and even may improve your eyesight!

The answer is Yes... with a captial Y.  Anytime you are straining your eyes, you are worsening your eyes.
