No, that's their religion.  To be respectful though, keep yourself covered a bit, like wear pants and a long sleeved shirt.

u know .. it actually depends on what city ur gonna go 2 ... ( CUZ SOME CITIES R OPEN THEN OTHER CITIES .)  so if ure goin 2 jeddah u dont have 2 weir the scarf that covers ur head but u should wear the abbaya ( its the black robe like thing ) over ur clothes . but i dont know about ather cities like reya9' or so but i think that u dont have 2 wear the scarf there either just wear the abbaya .... :) .. hope ive helped :D and welcome 2 ksa !

you have to wear it when your in public... if your in a car just make sure you know the driver and your car windows should be tainted.

in homes you dont have to wear it...

in some public areas(malls,etc.)they have certain areas just for women so they dont have to cover yourself completely

But you MUST wear an "Abaya"

(black garment made of soft clothes that covers a woman's body)

We Saudi's are modest in our dress due to Islam.. So women do cover themselves accordingly.. but the veil is a face cover.. You do not need to wear a face cover.. You probably do however need to wear an abaya, which is the outer black cloak that you wear over normal clothing while out and about.. If you are in the more open minded cities like Jeddah in the west or Khobar in the east, you dont need to wear a scarf.. But if you are in Riyadh the central capitol, they are a bit stricter religious wise and you probably need to have a scarf to cover your hair...
