If i were a pro volleyball player, what sorts of foods would i want to eat?

  2. follow the Canada food guide and stay away from fats. Add to your veggies as a staple but keep the extra protein with lean meat as is in the guide. If you do not have the veggies the protein cannot be accepted by the body. Add some fun stuff like steamed things, beats, carrots, steam anything.

  3. The same as any pro really.  Healthy.  You're not looking to put on size as thats not a factor in volleyball.  Just make sure you eat good foods that fuel well your body because volleyball is such an explosive sport.

  5. well i'm a volleyball player and if I went pro i would eat a lot of healthy foods. Follow the food guide pyramid . But make sure you do eat because you get nutrients from food. But it's okay to eat junky foods once in a while. i mean i couldn't survive if i ate healthy foods all my life. So yeah there you go. i hope i helped you =]

  8. you can eat like a lot of good vegetables like carrots and broccli. then you can eat fruits like apples and bananas

  9. You need to get a good balanced nutritional diet. Eat a lot of protein (basically eat fish a lot for main meal). You need a lot of vitamins- C, A, and D especially. Last, you need a lot of calcium. Either have a lot of milk and cheese and yogurt a day, or you can take the chews that have your daily source of calcium. Hope it helps and good luck!
