Nope.  You might get indigestion though.  Blood is very difficult to digest.  The immune system doesn't normally attack food.

Also, drinking HIV would probably not result in an infection unless you had an ulcer or a cut in your mouth.  The acidic environment would kill the virus before it could get into the bloodstream.  Don't try it though.

I can honestly and seriously say that I have absolutely no idea. Sorry, but, can I ask, why you're drinking blood? (or considering it?)

Blood is not really that hard to digest.  It will get decomposed just like everything else before it gets to your blood.  Even infected blood should be safe. In fact, almost anything, however dirty or infected, is safe to eat; there are some toxins which are bad though, but considering the amount of stuff that goes into our mouths, we are harmed astonishingly little.
