Question:

If i were to eat 5-6 small meals a day...?

if i were to start eating 5-6 small meals a day during the week.

for instance:

breakfast at 6

mid morning small meal at 9

lunch at 12

afternoon small meal at 3

dinner at 6

would i be able to eat normal meals during the weekends and still keep my metabolism fast?

  2. thats ok if you want works, but very slow

    what i do:

    wake up and i usually dont eat anything but sometimes i eat 2 pieces of toast with "i cant believe its not butter" 0 calories wheat bread or a bowl of total with 0 calorie milk

    i drink maybe 3 diet pepsi [jazz] the cherry+vanilla makes it taste so good still 0 calories

    then i eat one meal not exceeding 300 calories at lunch or dinner or sometimes i odnt eat at all, lost 12 pounds so far, never really hungry

  4. That's exactly what I do (down to the HOUR!... weird!)... and on the weekends I eat breakfast around 8, lunch at 12, and dinner around 6.  I am fine as long as I don't blow it on eating out.

  5. I'd be consistent so you don't throw your body all out of whack.  They say several small meals are alot better for you in one day than 3 big ones, so I'd eat several small every day.
