If i were to get my belly peirced whould you be able to tell?

like when i take it out is there like a hole in there? i wanted to get it peirced w/o my parents knowing..

You can only tell if you show your stomach. I have a belly ring and no one would know unless I had showed my stomache or wore a shirt that is white and thin and the ring is big. If you take the ring out, there will be like a black scare. I wouldn't advise taking it out. I had mine for over 3 years and it is very easy for it to close if I leave it out for more than an hour. On the other hand, I have a tongue ring as well and I can leave it out for days and it won't close. I guess it just depends. I don't think your parents would know because mine never found out until I told them.

Me? Not unless you told me, since I'm all the way over here and you're over there.

But piercing parlors won't pierce you unless you're of age... which I'm supposing you aren't... and they will notice. The ring shows through clothing. My niece got one and everyone could see it right through her shirt, and it wasn't even tight.

if you want to get it without your parents knowing, always wear a lose/medium baggy shirt and VIOLA' you cant tell :))

my friend did this until her parents gave in and let her get her belly button pierced so she went and got it 'peirced' though she was only at the mall and then cam home with  different shirt on, it was perfect, but if your parents are VERY protective i suggest not doing this, wait until you move out, [16(as an underage teen) or 18] or make them give in :))

Of course there is a hole! It's like any other piercing... If you stab a hole through your skin, a hole will stay.... Plus, if you're under 18 you can't get anything pierced without a parent's permission and most places make you have you get the permission while you're in the salon.

if you get it pierced, you have to leave it in for 6 months. so, i think your parents will notice...
