If i were to major in international business,would a minor in international relations help me get a better job

I'm trying to figure out what major to pick and the international business major long with an international minor interest me. Does this sound like a good idea? Would i be more marketable to employers? Please help... THANKS

Honestly, this league of position doesn't put much credence into your major.  I have seen guys with music majors run multi-billion dollar import / export businesses.

Sometimes I believe that universities make up degrees like this just to sell false hope to undergraduates.  Whenever choosing a major you need to find out the out of school placement rate of that schools program from past graduates.  

Don't just listen to the one or two success stories where someone already had the job before they went into school, you need to look at the overall placements.  From that, you can find out if the school program is worth it or not.
