(push ups & lifting weights) will i seen any diffrence in my upper chest over night?

  1. If you over exercise (especially without expert overseeing) you'll do very little good, quite probably harm, and other than aches and possibly injury won't see any difference overnight.

    On top of all this after a while, you may think you are still exercising well, but you'll be fooling yourself.  Your muscles build up an energy store when they are not in use/being lightly used.  While you are depleting this stored energy your muscles are most likly to benefit from your exercise.  Once its depleted your performance will drop off substantially...

    Hence, you hear people talking about their routines lasting from 30mins to 2hrs and only working 5 out of 7.  Unless you have an expert personal trainer at your sole disposal thats roughly as much as you can productly do


  2. No bro, sorry but you won't be seeing results that fast. If muscles appeared overnight, wouldn't a lot of people be buff just by doing a little exercise? Sorry for sounding like a jackass.

  3. No but probably in a period of 3 weeks or so you'll notice bulges on your chest as well the types of push ups affect you in different ways bar push ups build back muscle and wing development diamond push ups also develop wings


  4. No, if you work out a lot in one day you're not going to see results overnight. Results will only be noticed over a long period of time.

  5. nah bro, u would just hurt your self, this is not an over night thing, it takes time man. alot of people would be ripped if it was over night lol just do 25-30 3times once a day and you'll be kool, but like the guy said, push your self, make sure it burn on that last rep
