Question:

If i workout my legs, squats, legpress, and all.. is it bad to go play tennis later, am i risking injury?

i will take a protien shake after, and possible glutamine

  1. ur all ways at risk for injury but tennis shouldn't hurt u

    u just need to make shore u stretch and ice if u need to and u should be fine.

Not at all..you almost certaintly won't have a higher risk of injury by working out your legs before playing tennis..but what you can do is promote overtraining symptoms and this means your workout won't be any good (no growth will occur)..but if you take a protein shake and glutamine it can help you recover greatly..so I say go for it.
