  2. They're correct. If you haven't reached your full vertical height then the bulking of your muscles resists that growth, hence their comment.

  3. not necessarily do it in moderation im 15 and it doesn't stunt your growth m8 just take it easy (not too strenuous)

  4. Yes it will. Your body has some growth palates in your legs. Growth spurts  for males will be 12-18 years old. And some stop growing at 21. Just wait to lift weights after 18 or 21 to be on the safe side. Meanwhile, just do push-ups,  pull-ups, and sit-ups. Drink lots of milk or orange juice with calcium.
