Question:

If im 131lb and 5ft and 5 adn one half ", how much wieght do u think i would drop if i didnt eat for 2-3 days?

if i only drank fluids like juice and water.

also how long would i see results if i did 150 crunchs a day on my core or just my stomach

  1. I think that you'd get sick and not lose any weight. You might drop a few pounds, but it would come right back the second you began to eat. I don't think that's healthy. Try eating more salads and veggies and fruit. That will help you slim down.  


  2. not eating is not a good idea to help you lose weight. it's not healthy, and you'll likely gain back any weight you lose because when you start eating again your metabolism will have slowed down, so your food wont be processed properly and will be stored as fat rather than converted to energy.

    rather try to change to a healthy diet with small portions, and do some exercising. also cut back on junk foods.

    it will also help if you make breakfast and lunch your biggest meals of the day, because then you have all day to work them off, and you wont be as hungry at supper

  4. You will not lose weight if you dont eat. If you dont eat your body thinks its starving itself (and you are) and starts burning muscle. You dont want that. One should try to eat 6 small meals over the course of the day and ideally one should eat at least something small every 3 hours to boost your metabolism. This is well known fact in all diet plans and books. Starving is not the answer!!

  5. you would gain probably 3 pounds, because u would eat more, or u would eat more and eventually throw it up which could lead  to belimacy or whatever, so

    DONT STARVE YOURSELF!

  6. cutting calories and going to the gym are the only ways to lose weight, read all of the other responses regarding starvation mode. after not eating for 3 days your body will store that fat and then you will gain the weight back after.  and crunches do not help you lose weight. simple walking does.

  7. you wouldnt drop any weight.  if you dont eat, your body gets energy from muscle tissue and places like that before it even looks at the fat.  this is the absolute worst way to lose weight. you are damaging your body and not losing weight at the same time.

    you may not believe me, but this is the best way to lose weight quick.

    instead of eating 3 big meals a day, have a small, healthy meal every 3-4 hours. this should come out to about 5-6 small meals a day.

    if you did 150 crunches a day, you could probably notice a difference in about 3-8 weeks, depending on how well you gain muscle

    just a caveat, tho-- if you just work on your abs, and dont do any aerobic excercise, then your stomach will get BIGGER not smaller. because you dont burn fat by doing crunches, you are building muscle. so, because you're a girl, and girls have muscles behind your fat, it might make your stomach look bigger... thats why you dont see many girls with six packs... it requires about 0-5% body fat, which is just not healthy.

    id say do fewer crunches, and more running or swimming or other aerobic excercise.

  9. You are a healthy weight.  Why would you risk your health by not eating and giving your body the nutrients that it needs?  Also, too much exercise is almost just as bad for you as not enough exercise - you can damage your muscles... even more so by not nourishing yourself appropriately!!!
