  1. Only if you can pass the test!


  2. As long as you are 15 and 7 months, you can get your permit as long as you pass the easy test. Then drive w/ your parents for those 5 months and go get your license. So yes, go ahead. Just go to the DMV and let them know you are there to take the permit test.
