No. It will be deposited in your account and your account only. The only exception is allamony payments. If you have them they can and will garnish part of your benefit payment.

they will put it on your check. only applies to 30% disability rating and higher

You'll get a certain amount for being married, and if you have kids under 18 you get so much for them. It's all based on your percentage.

Why - what did she do to rate it? Is she a DAV?  There are some programs for family members but that isn't one that I've heard of

Your Wife "Will Not" receive a separate check...

Your wife will receive an allotment also. It will be very small, around $100 per month, but every $ helps.

as long as you are married you will get a little extra for having a wife and kids. but to know how much exactly you would have to go to your nearest VA hospital and talk to someone in veterans benefits.

One other thing is that if you are 100% disabled your spouse and children qualify for CHAMPVA.

As long as you are alive,  no.  

However, once you die,  she might be eligible for Survivor's Benefits.  You need to talk to a service officer at the VA,  DAF, American Legion or VFW.  

If you are unable to work you may also qualify for Social Security.  If your wife is not working, you might bet additional benefits there for her.  You need to talk to the Social Security office in your area.
