  1. Your parent has to sign the forms too.

  2. they have to sit with u for a class and sighn some papers

  3. In the state that I live in, I had to sign for my daughter when she got her permit.  Our permit system allows the holder to learn to drive.  They have to drive while a licensed driver (adult) is sitting next to them.

We don't have a junior license program so I'm not sure how that works.

  4. Depends on what state you live in.. Check a driver's manual.

  5. I am assuming you mean learner's permit - to drive with right?

You will need a legal guardian with you and maybe additional paperwork.

We had to have proof my daughter was attending school.

Check your local DMV website for instructions.

  6. yes you need mom and dad for everything til you turn 18 you cant even open a bank account lol

  7. Yes, your parent has to be there with you to sign papers.

  8. It will depend on your state, but in most cases yes. Parents usually have to give consent for a minor to obtain a permit/license.

A permit is what allows you to practice driving with a licensed adult driver. A junior license is the first license you receive which has restrictions on when you can drive and who can ride with you. Those restrictions vary by state and last anywhere from 6 months to when you turn 18.

  9. this all depends which state you live in. You MUST drive with a parent for an alotted time (different per state), and it's generally a good idea to bring a parent along to get your permit, for emotional support, as well as their signature =p

  10. You did not mention what state, so I can't give your the exact reference, however if you are a minor, yes you need to take a parent with you.

  11. Well yes, how else would you get there???   ;o)

  12. yeah you need a co-signer in moast states like here in CA but what if you are minor and livign alone or you don't have a parents or your parents is travelling or you don't know who are your parents, if i were you i should call many times or send them emails to each time with different option from hat i mentioned above maybe there's a way ;-)

for sure there's a way but they don't say it out loud so everybody will do the same thing

  13. Yes !!!!   You DO have to have a "licensed" driver with you.

    And......................................

No !!!   A PERMIT is a PERMIT.  A driver's license is a DRIVER'S LICENSE.   THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A "JUNIOR" LICENSE !!!

And a "little" friendly reminder:    DON'T DRINK AND DRIVE !!!!   IT'S DEADLY ...........................FOR EVERYONE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  14. You do in most states; and no it's not.

  15. in most states you need to have a parent with you, check with your DMV.  I havn't heard of a junior license, I now that in Florida you do have some limits on your licence till your 18, like not being allowed to drive between 12:00 and 5:30 in the morning except for school or work.  If it is that type of thing you won't need a driver in the front seat when your driving, only a permit do you need an adult over the age of 21.

  16. no you half to take a parent or legal guardan to be with you. and its not a jr licence its a lerners permet, helps you learn

  17. In Georgia you have to have a parent, birth certificate and must know you social security number and carry an attendance record from school.

  18. in most states, you not only have to take a parent with you but, your permit only clears you to drive with a parent who has a clear license

  19. duh?? lol

  20. Depends on where you live.

  21. Yes you will need your parents there.  They are responsible for you driving.  They have to make sure you do have insurance.  Also you will have to show proof of insurance.

  22. Yes... They have to sign 2 forms I think
