most often normal observers dont even bother thinking like that. so you should get away with it.

A trick deck overly flashy defeats the entire purpose of a trick deck.  They wouldn't make them if people knew right away it's a gimmick.  Besides, they make regular playing cards clear now.  THAT'S flashy.

Even if its not a trick deck, and you are purely perfoming your trick using sleight of hand, your audience will not believe it. The moment they see that deck of card, they will think its a trick deck of card

Don't use them. Use those normal bicycle deck or bee deck, cards that people see everyday and are common

both bicycle and bee are excellent card for card magic, i was told that they last much longer
