  1. If your resident school district referred you to FLVS and they do accept credit transfers from there, then they would, or should, count those credits taken toward your overall graduation requirements. This should be no different than changing school districts if your family moved.

Keep trying to call though, perhaps calling the main school phone number instead of your counselor's.

  2. First of all, why would homeschooling make you ineligible for a diploma and force you to get a GED? Who gave you that idea?

Second, what you are doing isn't actually homeschooling--it's public school at home. It's no different than being at one high school one year, going to another high school a second year, then going back to the first high school. You won't have to get a GED simply for switching schools.

So, yes, you can graduate your senior year at school.

  3. Yes as long as when you are home schooled you have the same amount of credits as a regular jr in public school. all your credits should transfer with you. So YES... you will be able to walk with your senior class. But call your high school admissions office and see what the procedure is.

  4. Just be sure that whatever curriculum or program that you are using is accredited.  Be sure to do the classes that are required for your junior year the same as required in your state for pubic schooling.  I was home schooled for freshman, sophomore, and half of my junior year and graduated just fine after attending public school the last half of my junior year and my senior year.
