If im pregnant?

ok im married i have a 5 month old son and been on the pill for 4 months now i always got my period while taking the 1st sugar pill... today im on the 3rd no spotting no cramps no blood or anything.. i would be happy if i was pregnant or if i wasnt... it doesnt matter.. the only thing im worried about is i had a c-section with my son 5 months ago.. if im pregnant would that be bad? has anyone had a c-section then had a baby soon after?.... if i am will the baby be ok?? thanks for any help

Yes i had a c-section and my son is 9 months now and I'm 6months pregnant its ok as long as you have healed cause you know you have to think it takes a couple months to get big but also it could just be your birth control messing  with you on the pill cause mine did when i got down to the last ones but i would just take test and see my ob first and find out ok well good luck hun hope i helped..
