Well idk if im tht good but if i am can i make my own album fer free...and how can i prove it like.. send the ppl a vid or audio of me singing? Oh and what are some ppl and places i can fer example, keith thomas,hollywood records?..ps. i live in new york. willing 2 do anything

Nobody does albums for free. However, if the record company is convinced you will crank out a hit, they can give you an "advance" on your contract. With no proven track record, however, that would be a slim proposition.
