I was in the military for under 180 days and was not dishonorably discharged. I live on my own and am finacially independent. I want to take a cruise vacation and all I have been hearing is you have to be 21 years old. Quite frushtrating. I am 20 years old any ideas?

  1. Ill suggest that youll wait untill youre 21. Its not that long and youll have much more fun. After all 21 is also the drinking age in most cages. And the fact that you have been in the military is of no importance in this cage. Book early and look forward to it. Johan

  2. Try Carnival. I booked a cruise with them and my girlfriend is only 20(I'm 21) and they let us go. I don't know since you're only 20, but give them a shot. They gave me a military discount and were really friendly.

  3. I think there is at least one cruise line that allows you to travel unaccompanied <21 - maybe Princess?  However, if you're traveling alone, you will have to pay the "single supplement", which is usually an entire second passenger fare, on most lines.
