Well if your using cash then yeah, if your ringing a landline, its something like 40p for 15mins i think, but i dont know about if your using a diffrent method of payment like a but card.

Yes you can!.  depending on the amount you add your time will increase.  It should state on the payphone how much.  Probably depending on the phone company.
