It doesn't matter what the air temp is really because it won't be enough to warm that much ocean water. It depends on the currents where you are and time of year.

it depends on where you go too. Alaska can be 95 in July but you will never see water above 50F :-)

It depends how long its been warm outside. Ocean water takes a while to warm up.

i have no idea, but i hope its hot and it stops raining! Also, if its THAT COLD we can just tan on the beach!
