If it's partly cloudy could you still get tan?

The whole week is suppose to be nothing but rain, and today is gonna be partly cloud, but in the afternoon it's suppose to get a little sun. Could I still tan?

That's the best time to get a tan!  You wont feel so hot so you can lay out longer and you get just as much sun with a few clouds as you would if there weren't any.

yes you can. you can even still get burned cuz it's the uvb rays that penetrate even through clouds. just don't stay out too long or you will only be damaging your skin. I think that it's been said that you should only allow 10 mins for tanning before you start to burn.

Definitely.  The ability to tan has more do with the UV index than the cloud cover.

you can actually get worse sunburn when its overcast as you don't feel as if you are getting burnt. It can be deceiving, so just take care.
