  1. 0c = 32 f

    20c = 64f

  2. I get -145.46c

  3. Okay, if it is 0 degrees Fahrenheit  it is -17.78 Celsius.  2 X -17.78 C = -35.56 C or -32 degrees F. (1 degree Fahrenheit equals minus17.222223 Celsius)

  4. If you took this to mean a literal saying... as in scientifically twice as cold, then I would say if it's 0 degrees C then convert it to K which is 273K and divide by 2.  136.5 K or -136.5C

    That's literally twice as cold, although you would be dead before it got to that point.
