If it's 5.00PM in CA, USA it'll be 6.01AM in East Kazakhstan (Astana, Almaty, Qostanay, Qyzylorda etc.) and 5.02AM in West Kazakhstan (Aktobe, Aktau, Atyrau, Oral etc.)

For your information, Kazakhstan geographical time is +5 and CA, USA is -7 (that's why there's a big difference between CA, USA and Kazakhstan and other countries in Asia and part of Russia)
