10 a.m. in AZ which is right next door to NV.  We're on PDT, 8 hours behind London.  Canadian times are either comparable to US West coast or East coast.   OZ and Ireland quite different, so which UK country you wish to call to or from  could make a difference.

There is a time difference of 8 hours, so what ever time it is in the UK deduct 8 hours and then you have the time in AZ.

There will be slight differences with the daylight savings/ time changes during the year if they don't change on the same day, but that isn't for any  long period of time.
