Perhaps some of you don't know about the Philip Berg lawsuit against Obama. Just do a Google search for the details. Suit filed 08/21/08, No. 08-cv-4083.

  1. god we can only hope so

  2. McCain's eligibility is more of a question than Obama's.

    edit --

Berg is a nitwit. Even the crazies on Coast-to-Coast AM make fun of him. He has as much credibility as the Georgia clowns that claimed to have a Bigfoot corpse.

  3. That would be up to the DNC.  Probably why Hitlary never really "conceded" to Obama.

  4. moot point.  Obama is eligible.....

  5. I would support it.  Joe Biden is a poet thus they know about how words are manipulated to obsucure the truth and intent.  He knows about the backstabbing by his fellow Democrats and Republicans.  Senator Biden has more integrity than Senator Clinton(D-NY) and former President Clinton.

Senator McCain(R-AZ) was born in Panama when it was under control,so paperwork to prove that his parents made him a US citizens must be shown.  Also other countries imply that he was automatically a US citizens because it was a US base and his parents were US citizens.

  6. As of right now, Obama has not been nominated by his party.  If he withdraws or is determined to be ineligible to run for the presidency after being nominated, his party would choose a new candidate.  It would not be required to nominate Biden.

Anyone can file a suit over anything.  Filing a suit is not proof of its validity.  It's not.  And whether you like Obama or not, there is no question that he is a natural born citizen and is eligible.  He would have had to provide a valid birth certificate to get his first driver's license or, in his case, get a passport.

We should give this issue a rest.  Obama is loving it.  As long as we focus on this, he doesn't have to defend his stand on issues.  Berg's case will probably never make it to court.  Obama will probably provide a birth certificate.  The one he posted on his website is questionable, but there is no law that says a person much provide a copy of his birth certificate to the public.  There is apparently no record of Obama's parents' divorce, so there may not be a record of their marriage.  The birth certificate may have something to do with that -- although I don't know what.  It doesn't matter whether his parents were married at the time of his birth or not.  He had no control over that.  If they were not married, he's a self-made b*****d, but he certainly a b*****d.  lol :)

  7. No. obama is not going to be found "ineligible to run for President".

Maybe you haven't noticied, obama has been RUNNING for president for quite some time now.
