If it is put in quotes, is it considered a quasi testimonial?

There was an article written about me and there is a quote put over my photo in quotations. If I didn't say those words is it wrongfully copy written? My name along with a few others )for contributing to the making of the photo) is place right underneath the quote. The article in its entirety is about me. Is this grounds for action? Thanks in advance.

  1. Yes, from what I gathered from my intro to business law class (I'm not an attorney), you have grounds for action. Putting something in quotes definitely means that it's a verbatim (or nearly verbatim) quote from your mouth or pen.
