If it rained 3 inches over night, with flood watches/warnings, would they cancel school where you live?

I dont like to say this but No. They dont cancell school if it is 3 inches, because if all the routes are flooded to the school, they will have no option but to cancel the school.

ONce there was a flood watch in our town but they did not cancel school.

I live in WV.

definitely yes and if not we are smart enough to bunk the schools and colleges........

And on one of my questions you asked what waterpark, Massanutten.  I was gonna send you an email or something but couldn't lol so I figured I'd just answer one of yours.  And I can drive, but the problem is paying for it.  I can't really just drive to the hospital and get stitches without paying for it lol.  And even if I told them to send my mom the bill or whatever well she'd be really pissed at me haha.

No because my school is c**p. they give detention for being late even if it was the bus.its a huge high school with about 2000people

they would make us go to school even if there was a tsunami they would make sure we get there they would even send a helicopter to pick us all up thats just how **** they are.

Oh no! They don't care if we got 12 inches of rain or had a snow storm. Here in Kansas we are prepared for anything. They told us that the only day we can have off from a natural disaster is if a tornado takes down the school other than that we have to show up at school

depends on what other warnings there were. odds are that would only happen while under TC-1 warning (japan's version of hurricane warning) so most of the time yes. but other than that, kinda hard to get 3 inches to do much

No not here...we're used to constant rain in Ireland...although the weather's not too shabby now :)
