  1. the guarenteed answer for you is:

it is better to make a half wash with only a cloth refreshner  ( like DOWNY or SOUPLINE ) just to avoid stinky odors from rain water

  2. It will be softer than any water you could use. You let it dry and put away.

  3. get a dryer

  4. I would leave it.  Rain water in clean.  Just let them dry up when the rain stops or if you have a dryer put the clothes in it to dry.

  5. Rain is pure water.  Just let the clothes hang there and dry out from their unexpected rinse.

  6. depends... if you live in an urban city... wash it again cause the rain has acid and chemicals in it...

otoh... in coutrysides... leave it.. (seen sound of music)??

  7. My mother always re-washed. Something about acid rain.

  8. Oh dear!  Wet laundry.....getting wet again with rainwater?  Well, for me, as long as it doesn't hit the ground from getting sopping wet, I let it dry.  It usually comes out cleaner, softer and smelling EVEN BETTER.  Just in case it rains or I don't go right out and take it off the line when its dry RIGHT AWAY, I turn my clothes inside out and hang them to dry.  Since most of them seem to be put in the dirty laundry inside out anyways, I usually save myself that step, since the kids, no matter how many times you ask them to.  I find that by doing that, IF they have to stay out a couple of extra hours, drying or re-drying, they don't get faded to boot.  Just some personal notes on what I have learned from doing laundry and from my Grams who taught me some pretty neat tricks.  Hope this helps you!  Good luck!

  9. wash it again.

  10. If when the clothes are dry and those clothes look and smell clean, then forget about re-washing.  What's wrong with a little rainwater?  It's actually a "softer" water than what comes from the pipes.
