  1. Take it during your meal.  Eat about half your food, take your med then finish your meal.

  2. Yes, you should take it after you've started eating, but I suggest to not take it at the end of a meal. Some medications/supplements need to have food in the stomach before taking them, so it's best to have at least a little food first (even just after your first bite).

If you eat it when you're already full (especially if you eat fast), the glass of water might make you overly full (especially if you're taking several pills at that time) and I know some people that have thrown up or gotten very nauseous because of that. There was also one person that vomited because she didn't swallow the pill right and choked a bit, but that's rare to happen.

Also, a little trick if you have to take a lot of pills or if it's not a very good time to take them, you can also take it with a snack... it doesn't have to be a full meal. I normally take a few "with meals" pills with a quick snack during my break (sometimes just a few cookies), and I haven't gotten an upset stomach from it yet.

  3. It means you take it immediately after eating, or if you prefer, after you've eaten a bit you can take your pill and then eat some more! It's mainly so you have some food in your stomach when the pill gets in there!

  4. you take after eating ive also taken medication

  5. It means immediately after eating.

You need to have some food in your stomach when the medication gets there.

Otherwise it would be on an empty stomach.

  6. right after you have eaten.

  7. It means,  WITH your meal....while you are eating...when you are about 1/2 way through your meal, take it, then finish eating.

  8. During is best.
