If it seems the wicked just keep winning, what else can we do but just keep sinning?

What keeps you going on the "right path" when the world keeps telling you to go down the "path of sin"?

Well, I don't think in terms of black and white. I don't think the world is evil... though many horrible things happen in it. So I guess my answer may not satisfy you.

You just have to be true to yourself. You have gut instincts for a reason. If something feels wrong, don't do it. It's as simple as that. If you s***w up, you learn something for the next time around. There's no need to live in fear or guilt, or always worry about sinning. Just be you and do your best.
