would there still had been a big controversy over the whole situation? Or was it only because it was Kyle Busch who got together with Jr.?

Seriously.

  1. It would never happen.  Martin and Burton don't try to wreck everyone who's in their way.

That's interesting information, Tom G.  Wondered why all Kylie's fans were hiding last night.  His fans are just like him.  They love to dish it out, but just can't take it.  lol

  2. I think the fans are afraid of Kyle Busch's intensity. People just wanna sit on their @ss and be complacent. That's not what racing's about. A lot of people were probably "half in the bag" from drinking when this incident happened at the end of the race. What a buzz kill! Dontcha think? It's just a clash of titans.

  3. No controversy,

Mark, Jeff, and Jr all know and respect each other enuff, to sit and talk it over, and look at the tapes first, before spewing venom out.

There mighta been a little steam, at first, but these drivers know each other. None of them would take someone else out, on purpose, and they all know that.

  4. DING DING DING! We have a winner!

    See Tregosteevo for your answer.

Couldn't have said it better, Brother!

  5. Those are the 2 "cleanest" drivers in NASCAR so there would not be all the controversey.  The problem with Kyle is that this is far from an isolated incident.  He puts himself in those situations way too often and therefore causes or is involved in more than his fair share of wrecks.  The incident in the cup race last weekend was not entirely Kyle's fault but he was more to blame in that situation than Jr, in my opinion.

    3 STR8 N 08!!!

  6. its because it was kyle, people will now bring up the hendrick thing, or that hes an aggressive racecar driver, and everyone already hates him, but the jr fans need someone to blame for this 2 yr losing streak so maybe they would hate burton or martin too

  7. The controversy was because there are millions of fans fed up with that candy a$$, arrogant little t**d. Sure, things would have been different if that incident would have occurred with a respectable driver.

  8. Not for those 2.  If it were Kurt Busch, JP Montoya, Jeff Gordon, or Robby Gordon there would have been controversy.

  9. As a die hard Jr fan it wasn't about who necessarily wrecked Jr it was how they wrecked him.  So no there would not of been as much controversy over someone as good and respectable as Mark Martin or Jeff Burton "accidentally" getting into Jr because it would of been an accident and not done purpose. Those guys give and command to much respect for any c**p like that.

  10. You said it "accidentally" do you honestly think Kyle accidentally got into Jr...

Do you even watch the races or listen to the interviews-Kyle dislikes Jr it's rather obvious during the Bud Shoot Out when  he was interviewed and he was dissing Jr and on his car radio during races as well....

Almost every race Kyle gets into somebody!

  11. No, because both those guys are clean drivers who aren't reckless, don't run into people on purpose, and would own up immediately if an accident was their fault.

  12. next time if this happens i wont be on y.a for a week mostly because of all the jr. lovers

    I AGREE WITH TOM G

  13. I think the whole controversy is because it was Kyle.  His driving record stands for itself.  Yes, he wins races, but, yes, he is wreckless, careless, and takes too many unnecessary risks.  If it had been Martin or Burton, it might not have even happened.  They are clean racers, which is why I respect them so much!

    Go Jr.>>>>

  14. It was only because it was Kyle Busch. I'm not a fan of Jr. or Kyle but that was all a load of dump starting with Hamlin staying out on the track to bring out the caution so Kyle could catch Jr. AND wreck him when he seen he had an opportunity to do so. Fans need to face up, this is the truth of the matter.

  15. I with Tom G on this one, Y/A wore me out last week.. Mark and Jeff Burton and Dale Jr have way to much class.. These guys do not get into any one intentionally.. There might have been a few issues with the 8 & 88, but no there would have been no bashing at all and crazy c**p that went on last week.

    Go Dale Jr & Hms..

  16. I think it's only because it was Kyle & he is actually better than Jr.

  17. Next time it happens, I am going to laugh and stay off Y!A for a week.

  18. No

Because Martin and Burton don't have a history of running over other drivers. They have earned the respect of the other drivers, not the contempt.

clean drivers get a pass once in a while
