instead of her daughter, would there still be such a uproar about all this? I doubt it...just proves how sexist our society is.

  1. Nice try, but playing the sexism card doesn't get one out of blatant hypocrisy when the subject is claiming to be 100% pro-life but praising your child for the making the "decision to have the baby." What decision would that be?

  2. You know only the libs are making a big deal out of this. A parent knows they can only teach their children. The children themselves make decisions that are wrong sometimes. If this was a RARE occurrence then maybe one could be upset, but it seems to be a normal occurrence in a lot of households now days. A parent can not be held responsible for all the bad decisions their children make.

And you are right it is a sexist thing.

As far as being proud to become a grandparent, why not, should one be ashamed of a child. The child is not responsible for how it is conceived. So why would you want to punish the child? You are probably not a parent so have no idea what it takes to be a mother or grandmother. Its a shame that you libs have to grasp at straws like this. Try sticking to issues that actually mean something.

  3. No, it would not even have been a blip on the screen. I have to admire Palin for standing by her daughter. She can only teach her children right and wrong, she can't force them to do what is right. As with all teenagers, they have to learn the hard way, by trial and error. The same way we did.

  4. I dunno, but her boyfriend is "just a redneck who likes to shoot s*** and play hockey and f***** chill"

  5. Probably not.

But, if it was her son, they could hide the pregnancy better.

With a daughter, it's a bit more obvious.

  6. Please...it has nothing to do with which of her children is having a child.  If you are a politician who endorses "Abstinence-only" s*x education, and one of your teenage kids is pregnant or has gotten someone pregnant, it shows that your policy is a direct and unquestionable failure.

How can she tell us that our kids should be subjected to an abstinence only s*x-ed curriculum, when her children are out there pregnant or impregnating while in high school?

  7. Yes, unfortunately I believe you are right.
