If its 12:40 am here in ILLINOIS (sorry) what time is it in Kuwait?

Kuwait is 8 hours ahead of Illinois in the summer, & 9 hours ahead in the winter. In Kuwait they don't alter the time between summer or winter.

So, 12:40am in Illinios is 8:40am in Kuwait. If it's winter, then it's 9:40am in Kuwait.

It was very easy to find. I just googled it. Of course, it would have been 8:40 at that time. I googled it later.
