If its 98 degrees outside, whats the temp inside?

Its a school with no AC and 25 kids.

  1. Depends on whether the AC is on or not, what the AC is set on, how much shade is over the house, etc


  2. Not enough information to calculate anything.  I would need to know what kind of material the walls were made from... if they have insulation... so as to know the specific heat of the walls.  And then I would need to know the amount of window space,  whether the windows are up or down among other things.  

    Either way, it's likely warmer inside with no A/C as the radiation comes in and bounces around the room increasing the temperature.  Probably 105-110F.
