Is it then considered cheating to use brain enhancing drugs for arts and literature submitted in a competitive capacity?

  1. Absolutly. It also can be very bad for your health.


  2. I doesn't seem to be.  Good question.  Music for example is very competitive and the use of drugs as inspiration has gone on for years.  You don't see any musicians getting fined or expelled for using LSD.
