how can it be legal to dig for buggers in your nose while youre driving isnt this a safety hazard you know that takes consentration

i completly agree. i work at a drive thru in a local bank, and some lady was digging away and nearly hit the building!!

well in UK if police see you eating a burger etc they can do you for driving without care and attention £30 _ £60 find and up to 6 points just as bad as using a phone

This would fall under multi-tasking and must not be done, pull over to the side of the road to retrieve the object in your nose.....

as someone said if ur doing something that requires 2 hands i think your brain should be in on it too..yes its dangerous

Looking at it from a practical standpoint -- would you, as a police officer write such a ticket, and then have to testify to it in court?
