  1. it would tear the asphalt up, the tires would blow, and there is really no need for it.  How often do you find yourself needing to drive a zero radius circle around a telephone pole?

  2. 1. people could not drive them.  they take two hands to drive, no smoking, texting applying nail polish

2  they would cost way too much.

    3.  mileage would drop like a rock

    4.  why would you need one?

    5.  they are dangerous at speed.

  3. If you were to get one of those mowers up to 60mph on the highway it would become clear.

  4. Because it would be incredibly unstable at hwy speed.

    Good luck...

  5. You want a car that can do that, get an LTI Taxi (London Black Cab) or a Reliant 3 Wheeler! Both cars are notorious for literally being able to turn on a sixpence (quarter to you americans!).
