I have a bat in my attic. I have searched everwhere for it and can not find it. I have no idea how it got in and if it is still here.

  1. It will certainly try to.  Remember, it's got to have food and water, and many bats need only a 5/8" crack for access.

  2. Yes, absolutely unless your attic is his home.

Long time back two bats entered our house. We were quite scared all though they were small.

We turned the fan off and the lights as well and after few moments they went back.

Bats do wander in our houses either looking for food, protection etc. so don't worry.
