If anyone suggests that there is a higher law than that of the government (e.g. Waco and Ruby Ridge) they will attack with all the power in their arsenal.  If someone just wants your money, your possessions or to violate you in some other way, well their rights need to be protected from you.

there were multiple reports of multiple laws being broken...

criminal rights and letting criminals go free are two different things... and these folks weren't going to come along quietly...
