If low-jack has a 90% recovery rate;how come they cant find the other 10%?

  1. NO.

    It uses radio transmission to locate the stolen cars.  In some areas the radio transmission just can't get out of the car (the reason why our cell phone fails).  usually around tall buildings, etc.

    So  the thief got luck 10% of the time.

  2. if you buy a cellphone scrambler online it would prevent the low-jack system from sending out a signal.



    there are ways around everything

    that 10% clears them of liability if a car isnt recovered
