The answer is simple. Man-made global warming is a lie. It's simply outrageous that any scientist could push forward this ridiculous theory. The good news is that many more scientists are coming forward to reject it.

Man's contribution to CO2 levels is so minute that anyone who believes that human emmisions have anything to do with the natural cycle of global warming should be put behind bars.

It was the natural course of the Earth.  The Earth goes through it's own warming and cooling cycles.  The little ice age was one of these cycles in the 1850s and a few times beofore that.  

Also, even though there were no CO2 emissions from humans, other natrual things on earth produce much more nasty things.  Volcanos erupt much more pollution all one time.  Read an article and you will be surprised how much pollution along with other green house gases volcanos add to the atmosphere.

I am not completely convinced global warming is as dire as presented. While I do believe man is a selfish beast with no regard for anything else other than himself, I also believe this global warming thing is yet another greedy ploy to capitalize on an a very potential lucrative opportunity.

First of all global warming is some man made fear like other fears. Second of all since the beginning of time we have had freeze overs and warm overs. So it doesnt matter what mankind does the earth does what it wants to do. The scientists neglect to tell you the closeness to the sun the earth is today then it was 100 yrs ago. The whole universe shifts even though we are in orbit. Eg: Other planets near earth at certain times etc. Remember matter cannot be created nor destroyed, so the burning of any matter gas, oil , wood, etc goes into the atmosphere and then those molecules then re-shape into other matters like trees, human, animals, etc. My suggestion is to relax enjoy what we have here on earth because humanly we are only here for 80yrs on average. Oh and BTW  Co2 has been around. Anything that burns is Co2..

Yes, we are expected to have another Ice Age. But tilt isn't the only variable. The expected time to freezerworld is changing, however, as ice core research reveals new information about the cycles. How did the Little Ice Age disappear is the question. And the answer is the SUN. And it is due to cause a new little ice age. Technically we have been in an Ice age for over a hundred thousand years, this is only just  one of many interglacial warm periods that occur on an interval of around 10,500 years. This one is due to end soon, and Milankovic cycles do to not explain 10,500 year interglacial periods, as some of these goobers would lead you to believe. Variations in the intensity of  Galactic Cosmic Rays penetrating Earths atmosphere is the most likely reason for the cyclic variations of Earths climate.

Yeppers, I'm with you on this view.  Climate modelers believe their models too much.  They don't just learn from them, they think they are true (see that guy above as an example).  Politicians try to scare us too much.

Pollution sucks, need to stop it.  Global warming, not the same thing, and I don't think it is bad.  Climate change?  Happens all the time.  it would scare me if it didn't.  We would be idiots if we didn't plan for and expect climate change.

I am not even convinced that the warming is as severe as a lot of promoters claim.  The data are kind of funky and difficult to reconcile with longer scale info.

I suppose I should make a direct answer to your question so someone doesn't violate me.  We never left the ice age, we are still in it.  Just in one of those episodic warm spells that was nice enough to come along at a perfect time for humans to thrive in the warmer conditions.  Thank you climate change and global warming for making the earth a good place for us humans to become civilized.

Your note is wrong.  There were natural CO2 emissions at the time.

Past climate changes have mainly been due to variations in the Earth's orbit (Milankovitch cycles) and varations in the Sun's output.

Over the past 30 years, all solar effects on the global climate have been in the direction of (slight) cooling, not warming.  This is during a very rapid period of global warming.

So the Sun certainly isn't a large factor in the current warming.  They've also looked at natural cycles, and found that we should be in the middle of a cooling period right now.

There are many basic scientific facts which can only be explained if the current global warming is being caused by an increased greenhouse effect due to carbon dioxide accumulating in the atmosphere from humans burning fossil fuels.

For example, the planet is warming as much or more during the night than day.  If the warming were due to the Sun, the planet should warm a lot more during the day when the Sun has influence.  Greenhouse gases trap heat all the time, so they warm the planet regardless of time of day.  Another example is that the upper atmosphere is cooling because the greenhouse gases trap the heat in the lower atmosphere.  If warming were due to the Sun, it would be warming all layers of the atmosphere.

And we know from isotope ratios that this increase is due entirely to human emissions from burning fossil fuels.  We know how much of a greenhouse effect these gases like carbon dioxide have, and the increase we've seen is enough to have caused almost all of the warming we've seen over the past 30 years (about 80-90%).  You can see a model of the various factors over the past century here:
