It won't make much difference. Possibly they will run a bit fast depending on the control circuitry and motors. So the motors might go faster and the wash time reduced.

I wouldn't so blithely say it's OK. The manufacturer said "60Hz only" for a reason. Check with the  manufacturer's web pages or technical support phone line.

Your washing machine is rated 220V,60Hz but, your power supply is rated the same voltage but, 50Hz,your machine will work but, the speed of the paddles or rotation of your washed clothes will be slower. Washing time will be longer by 60/50=1.2 times,.
